Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and Indonesian national holidays).

Because many of our items are handcrafted by artisans in Bali, we ensure every piece is inspected for quality before packing. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if a specific item requires final finishing, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship worldwide from our studio in Bali, Indonesia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your package and the destination country.

We partner with premium international carriers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days.

  • Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing in the destination country.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Please note that most express carriers (DHL/FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We strongly recommend using a physical street address (home or office) to avoid delivery failures.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important) Sky Design Bali is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • For USA Customers: Orders under $800 usually enter duty-free (subject to change by US Customs).

  • For European/UK Customers: VAT and customs duties may be charged by your local government upon arrival. The courier will usually contact you to settle these fees before delivery.

  • For Australian Customers: Orders under AUD 1,000 are generally GST-exempt (subject to change).

If a package is returned to us because the buyer refused to pay customs duties, we will refund the cost of the product minus the shipping costs and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.

Damages Sky Design Bali is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we insure our packages. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claim process.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Take photos of the damaged box and item immediately.

Incorrect Address Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Sky Design Bali is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
